Below are Suntaa Beach Boxx policies. Please read them carefully; as our guests you are bound to adhere to them all upon check-in.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are authorized to self-check-in with Suntaa staff and complete guest check-in form
sent to them before or upon arrival.


CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the Hospitality Manager before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will
do our best to accommodate your request.
A charge may apply, depending on availability.


PET POLICY
All pets are prohibited on property.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the beach boxx.
ADMITTANCE
Please note that the nightly rate covers up to 2 persons except for guests staying in Mantse Duplex which covers up to 6 persons. Any extra guest
(up to 1) attracts an extra fee of $80 per person. Maximum number of persons admitted per camper unit is 3. All visitors of guest must vacate the
cabins latest by 8pm. Any visitor staying past 8pm would be considered an extra guest and will attract an extra fee of $80. The beach boxx is not
suitable for infants and children under 10 years.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
Suntaa Beach Boxx enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times. In the event of a
disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All COVID-19 protocols are to be strictly observed. Also have your vaccination cards handy as they may be unannounced routine inspection by
public health officials and Suntaa Staff.
The beach directly in front of the West Wing cabins is quite rocky and not very safe for swimming. There are areas close to the East Wing which
is quite safe to swim but you need to alert our security guard who doubles as a lifeguard to stay alert and guide you.
Guests staying in the Camper Unit Deluxe, must note; absolutely no diving in the pool. Please keep all sharp objects away from the pool area
and only swim with appropriate swim wears.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at
least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Please note, request for rescheduling will be treated as
cancellations. We can however reschedule for COVID related reasons depending on availability.
MISSING ITEMS POLICY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge
will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after
the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered
address. The only items that are complimentary are snacks, toothbrushes and toiletries. Due to popular requests, our customized items such as
towels and bathrobes are available for sale as souvenirs. Please talk to the host to register your interest

DAMAGES POLICY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property
or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit
card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to
contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.


CRIME POLICY
By filling the guest check-in form, you agree to subject yourself to the laws of Ghana. Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated and will be
reported immediately to the police. We reserve the right to verify information provided at registration and require immediate checkout if false
information is provided. We also reserve the right to refuse admittance without a refund should we suspect any illegal activity.


DINING SERVICES AND MEAL ORDER POLICY
Our kitchen is operational from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for an optimal dining experience, we recommend placing your meal orders in
advance. This not only guarantees the timely delivery of your chosen dishes but also allows our culinary team to craft each meal with precision
and care


POWER OUTAGE PROTOCOL FOR AIR CONDITIONING USAGE
In the event of power outages our backup generator will be promptly activated to ensure minimal disruption to your comfort. However, we
kindly request your cooperation in managing energy usage during these instances. During power outages, we ask that only one air conditioner
be used temporarily until power is fully restored. This helps us efficiently manage the backup power supply and ensures a more equitable
distribution of resources among all guests
